The spoon includes the state name on the stem, and the state seal on the bowl. It is a full 6 inches with an American Eagle on the top circled by 13 stars and a scroll with the year the Colony joined the Union underneath. On the the reverse “International Bicentennial 1776 - 1976″ shows on the stem, beneath a crossed pair of American flags. One flag has the circular 13 stars and the other has the modern field.
